The doctor could care less about my symptoms. Didn’t ask any questions. She says she didn’t see a problem, when indeed you could see.

Everything from beginning to end was professional and Efficient. All staff for courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me strong confidence.

I came in for my ears did not wait to long the woman who helped me was ok she took care of me then she said again I was there again thought that was not nice to say sure I am not the only one who comes in more than once thank you

Yesterday took my daughter to urgent care. It was the best experience we were taken right in the front desk was polite. The girl who took us and was polite. The doctor was amazing. We were very pleased.

I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and nurse and nurse practitioner I saw were absolutely awesome and so friendly. They explained everything to me so well and were so patient with all of my questions.

15 min wait time, was in and out within a half hour of walking in. Staff was friendly defitnely one of the better walk ins around!

I was coughing to much , spit out little blood  for 3 days. I got panic and drive to nearest urgent care. Got admitted fast , test for Covid and strip throat. Dr Clement notice my breathing difficulty  He prescribed 3 medications for 10 days and thank god I could get some sleep and felt better within few days . Good thing we have the urgent care facility and good doctors locally thank you

The staff and treatment of me was exceptional. I was given a takeaway titled “wound care”, ironically it had absolutely no information on caring for the wound when I got home. This would be helpful.

I booked an appointment for 1245pm. Once I arrive at 1243pm, there was nobody at the check in desk. I proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes (and call the front office) with no avail. Someone was called back for their appt so I asked if someone could check me in & was told the front desk girl was on break. There was no sign at the front desk stating she was on break. I sat down and waited 10 more minutes, now making me 20 min “late” for my scheduled appointment. Finally the woman came back, she was pleasant checking me in. I was told to sit and wait to be called in. Finally, at 206pm, 1 and a half hours later, I was called in for my appointment. The nurse was nice & doctor was okay although my appointment felt very rushed. I have been to this office a few times and have never had any issues, but was less than pleased this last visit.
