What patients are saying...

So crazy. Couldn’t get in without registering by phone outside. Tried to register by phone but wasn’t working. Walked in and was reprimanded because we weren’t dying. Son had sprained ankle that looked broken. Wanted to get X-ray. Not a single patient waiting. Was told to try again outside. Unable to register once again. Called and got lady at front desk. She said we must be doing it wrong. Finally we were able To register and sign in told us to go right in. She said “ did you say you were in pain?” I said yes he is. She said “you can’t say you’re in pain.” Wait, what? So I told her my son is in pain with a swollen ankle and you are refusing to see him? I guess the front desk doesn’t like to see any patients? Wonder if the doctors wonder why no one is in there?! Craziest experience at a walk in clinic. Do not bother going there unless youre having trouble breathing or have chest pain so she can call you an ambulance! I seriously thought there was hidden cameras and we were being punked.
