I went in with severe signs of kidney infection n severe lower back pain. After making appt n a wait time of 1.5 hrs she comes in n basically does nothing or willing to do nothing n proceeds to check my pain in kidneys by punching it hurt so bad I almost came outta chair after her. Came out with more pain then went in with. Wouldn't take my cat there n im not even a car person. Horrible manners by Dr.

HORRIBLE service. Wait times are hours long in all my previous experiences there. If you need covid tested, you’re made to stay in your car and call- I was put on hold multiple times, getting no where. Chased out like you have the plague if you go inside and try to get registered yet staff don’t all have masks on. Pretty rediculous.

Terry service. I got a COVID test and waited forever to be seen, which is required. I called front desk from exam room and told them I must leave in 20 minutes. No one came to my exam room, do I had no choice but to leave. They call me very quickly after that and said my COVID test will not be processed, but I'm charged for services. Lazy theives.

Visiting my parents in western PA and was pretty sure I had pink eye as I have had it before and raised two children who experienced it. Went to ME and made the mistake of saying what I thought it was; they had a brief discussion while I waited outside and told me to go someplace else because pink eye is a symptom of Covid-19. Toughed out a 250 mile drive home with a constantly dripping eye and located an old tube of ointment for eye infections. Lo and behold three days later I was better. Note to ME -- the symptoms of pink eye may mean it is pink eye. (I had been warned by my parents not to go there because of their experience with misdiagnosis but I felt I had few other options.) Only positive aspect was staff member thanking me for not yelling at her; apparently civility is unanticipated in West Virginia.

I went to med express as I have chronic bronchitis..my Dr passed away in October and I couldn't get in to see his replacement till next week. I am having a very difficult time breathing so the new Dr 's nurse told me to go to med Express. They turned me away because of it being a respiratory problem. I guess these dr's and nurses are an exception to the medical system...heaven forbid you're actually dying...wouldn't want that on my conscience...so ive deemed you all horrible people...shouldn't be in this profession...find another job so they can get people in there who actually want to help . Don't even deserve the one star but won't go any further without having one.
