Their advertised pricing for COVID 19 is entirely false and misleading. They charged both my insurance and me for a total of almost $300 dollars. Why would anyone pay $300 for a rapid COVID test?

I don’t complain or write reviews ever but I’m beyond words right now with how livid I am. I went in for a rapid COVID test and I was told it’s not covered by my insurance and that I would have to pay 89 dollars. I paid the 89 dollars only to receive a 200 bill from med hero. WHY WOILD I PAY 289 DOLLARS FOR COVID TEST ?!?? They never disclosed I’d have to pay that if they would have time me I would have told them to F off. Are you kidding i don’t have an extra 200 laying around. I don’t know what the physician billed for but I’m beyond stressed now.
