scheduling was easy, although i had to wait in line at the clinic as if there had made no schedule. i also was not aware that i'd be seen by a pa and not by a physician. other than that the service was friendly and professional. i have a spasm in a back muscle. i assume that if there were a physician in the clinic s/he could subscribe me with a stronger pain medicine.

Had a cough and chest congestion that got worse and worse. Decided to try Urgent Care. I found this office online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. All of the staff was friendly and professional. The P.A. diagnosed bronchitis and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I’m very happy with the results of my visit and highly recommend Medical Center.

This has been some of the worst service I have received. They lost my documents and I had to go to Kaiser to retrieve them again. They never even apologized for losing my information and implied it was my fault or that I was lying.

I scheduled my appointment with urgent care because I cannot get in to see my regular doctor for another two weeks and I wanted to understand what was happening with my problem. My problem is pain in the left side, shoulder blade, upper chest area.  Dr. Melodie Venturi was very nice. This is first time I met her and they were very thorough to try to understand my situation and I appreciate the concern and follow through that they are providing me. I really trust Melodie and I just met her today

Had an earache and general creepiness after air flight and wondered if everything was okay. Got in same day, thorough examination by a PA with a healing presence, and went away feeling healthy.

I liked the office staff, assistants and doctor I saw. They listened well and showed respect for me, and they were extremely helpful. My only concern--and this is not a criticism of them--is that the center does not have some of the instruments needed to fully assess the medical condition I was presenting.
