They were all wonderful! I’m sorry they have to put themselves at risk by seeing patients in the office I tested positive for Covid and hope I didn’t infect anyone.

I received an email from [email protected] with the subject line Covid Test results. I can't tell if this is from you, I can't open the attachment because it is encrypted and I don't have the password. The cost was too high, I thought these tests are supposed to be free but had to pay $160 because I needed the result quickly so I could decide what to do. Staff great but system not clear and too expensive.

I came in for C-19 rapid test and staff was quick, courteous and test results very fast !

I needed a COVID test to board cruise ship. Scheduling a test easy. Simply called there office and someone answered the phone promptly. Jessica administered the test and we had our negative test results in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this office. I needed a COVID-19 rapid test because of an outpatient surgical procedure to be performed in less than two days. (My doctor’s office had secured an appointment, via a central booking number, to a location provided by a major healthcare system’s network of WIC (Walk-In Care) Collection Sites, but that clinic turned out to be temporarily closed!) MCOM was the only testing site I could locate in my area that was even open in the later afternoon. They were able to accommodate the tight turn-around schedule, and they did it in a highly competent and professional manner, handling medical and insurance paperwork to administering the test and getting the results back.

My 3 year old did not want to get a COVID test done. Really appreciate the helpful staff for making it as painless as possible.
