I booked a medical for I-693 application. I was told it included bloods being taken. Turned out I had to go looking for a Quest location after appointment because no one was available to take my blood. Also, I did not have a conversation with a doctor about my vaccine history but was told I needed more vaccines. This level of service made me feel undervalued and short changed. Overall disappointing.

I went in with flu like symptoms. I was curious if I had Covid but did not get tested.  I could have spoke up for a desire for a test, but my preference would have been that the test would be automatically given.

Amazing care. Everyone seems to really care about the patient and takes their time to understand their needs. Thank you!

This was my first time going to urgent care. The staff was terrific and the Doctor was great!! She even called giving the results of the x-ray. Thank you so mych

No faster easier way to see a Dr. when non-series issues arise.

Was able to easily book an appointment but it took awhile to be seen. Once in the exam room, no one came to see me for at least 20 mins. Finally got my vitals taken, waited longer, the nurse came back and said the doctor told her to take a Covid test. After that I waited again for probably another 15-20 mins at least. The doctor finally came in, barely examined me and then told the nurse to do a strep test. Not sure why she didn’t recommend doing it at the same time as the Covid test, based on my symptoms, to get it all done at once. So I waited even longer to get results. Overall, my visit was over an hour long with barely any face time with any medical professionals. It felt unnecessarily long and it was hard given how sick I was, I was in a lot of pain and discomfort, just sitting in the exam room

Front desk check-in staff was rude. You have literally one job, to be pleasant to customers, and it’s not going well.

I went in there complaining about constipation and the doctor hardly even gave me an examination of my abdomen or any area.

I’m so very grateful, you folks made the process really easy. As patients, we have so much anxiety when we are sick, especially when we don’t have insurance in place. I suspect most of us envision the worst.  It’s wonderful to be able to go in and speak with kind staff, be seen quickly in a spotless and clean office,  and then meet with an experienced and knowledgeable healthcare provider.  Exactly what I needed when I needed it. Thank you!

Everyone was great from check in to nurse and doctor very professional. all though I hope I don’t Ned to visit again any time soon. I will if need to.
