I was waiting for doctor more that 40 minutes  Then doctor said I forgot about you  She was not clear if  I have ear problem or has to follow up with ENT Staff at the desk and medical assistant were nice

Very professional in health care, everyone works very meticulously from the reception to the person who takes the vital signs. The doctor who always attends to me is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. Thank you very much for your attention. I recommend them 100%.

When I scheduled my appointment, I was not informed that lab work needs to be done prior to 3 PM. I have scheduled my appointment for 3 PM and was then told at 3:45 that my lab work could not be done. After I rescheduled an appointment for the next day. I was then told that the lab work could be done both of the Medical assistance that were there tried to draw labs and they could not despite me telling them to use a butterfly versus a regular needle physician or nurse practitioner that I saw they were great. Efficient got everything done quickly, but appeared to be running behind quite a bit cause I was waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment to be taken back to the room.

Staff was great and doctors were kind, thorough, and listened. Scheduling on line is confusing.  My husband and I thought we had scheduled an appointment for both of us for the same issue but when we arrived they only had him scheduled.  I had to wait for a separate appointment until the next day.   Both of us tested positive for strep throat.  Wish I could have gotten my antibiotic the day earlier.

This was a follow up visit because previously I’d completed the employee paperwork wrong. At that visit the staff tried to reach me for clarification but could not. So they changed all the paperwork to fit my test request (which was wrong, but they wouldn’t know that).   I felt that was very rare and accommodating as most places likely would have simply not done the test and would send the employee away.
