Making my appointment was really easy, when I arrived to my appointment the staff was great , really friendly, the girls at the front desk were efficient, course they was doing front desk and helping patients inside the office while waiting for the doctor . Was there to have stitches removed. Appt was for 11 am but I didn't see the dr. Until about 11:35. He didn't have the right tools to remove the sutures in my opinion. No magnifying glass or sharply pointed scissors, which I think would have worked better. His first day there so he didn't know where to find things. He was competent and friendly but didn't have the right tools for the job. Everything was pre-packaged so he had to use what they gave him. Scheduling was easy, staff friendly, place very clean.

Took 2 hours to be seen - and had an appt. Then when we were seen the doctor prescribed the wrong medicine and they don’t answer their phones either from the pharmacist calling for clarification or us to get the medication corrected. Left message but never heard back. A complete waste of time and money.

I scheduled a same day urine drug screen for a job. The location I chose was closed so I went to the San Rafael location where I proceeded to arrive 5 min before my appointment time and then wait over an hour to go to the bathroom. What’s the point of an appointment just to wait an hour to pee in a cup?
