Informative and caring consultation. Easy scheduling

I scheduled online, did all my paperwork days in advance, showed up 25 minutes early and checked in online and should have been the second to be seen according to the online waiting room. But all of a sudden my appointment was canceled with no explanation as I sat there in the waiting room. I had to wait in line to find out that the front desk did it for whatever reason so I lost my place in line.  People kept going ahead of me & when I complained she rudely said she needed time to put my new insurance info in which should’ve been done ahead of time because what’s the point of doing my paperwork ahead of time and showing up early and it certainly shouldn’t cause me to lose my place in line. She could have easily done this while I was seeing the doctor and billed me on my way out. Never have I lost my appointment time because the front desk couldn’t do their job in a timely fashion. Six people went ahead of me!!! When I continued to complain they shoved me in a room where a nurse scribbled on a torn piece of paper some info about me. Very unprofessional and not at all comforting. Then I got moved into an actual room. I waited another HOUR!! The entire place was dirty and old. The doctor spent all of 5 minutes with me and I don’t even know what’s wrong with me other than I had a bite and an infection and here are pills goodbye. The worst urgent care experience ever and I’ve had bad ones.  This place needs a complete overhaul and new staff top to bottom.

Swell after a fall worsened and I was able to book a same day appointment. Staff was nice and understanding with my less-than-perfect spoken English. Wait was quite long, but there were a lot of people in need of care, so that was to be expected. Doctor was super nice and professional, very reassuring. All in all a very good experience!

It was very easy to schedule online. I was taken to an exam room after only 5 minutes or so to have vitals taken, then seen promptly by doctor. It was overall an excellent experience.

Annual physical - attending staff very efficient, thorough and most pleasant.  MD is the best.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were so nice and I was able to get my meds quickly.

Was able to make an appointment the same day. Wait time was about an hour which is better then going to the emergency room so I won't complain. I would have like the Dr to spend a little more time with me explaining what was going on as this was my first experience, I do have a follow up in a week so no realcomplaints there either.

I’ve been going to Medics USA on 17th st. NW for over a decade and the service , staff and cleanliness has always consistently been nothing less that AMAZING! Thank you for staying consistent!

Dr Rashid and his staff bring careful, attentive care during every visit.  This is not production line medicine; this is individual service.  Medics USA is a great asset to my neighborhood.
