I scheduled an appointment in the evening, but then a staff member called to try to tell me that they were going to close early and I shouldn't come in. I didn't believe that and went at my scheduled time, and they were open! I can't believe that they lied to try to get me to cancel my appointment so they could go home early. When I went everything was great and I had no issues, but I think that was really unethical to give me that call. The bathroom was a little dirty though, there was a sheet down for urine samples that was a little gross. But the doctor was very kind and efficient.

Terrible. Staff forgot about me twice despite having scheduled an appt online. Took two hours to be seen. Rude front desk.

Begins with the front desk staff announcing to the entire lobby why I'm there to see a doctor. Humiliating. Followed by an hour and 15 minute wait beyond my appt time. The shot I receive was messy, not in the right spot and didn't put a bandaid on. Facilities are gross.

I was rescheduled for bloodwork but it’s always a long wait .

The wait time at this urgent care was long, with over an hour of sitting in the lobby despite having an appointment. When I finally saw the nurse, their bedside manner was cold and commanding. The nurse practitioner who eventually treated me was compassionate.

Wait time is very low but it’s also largely overpriced for a facility that is not up to date. And I was invited to undergo x ray before even seeing the doctor! My usual provider has higher quality facilities and I pay less ! Thanks to the lovely staff at the reception but I will probably not come back.

The NP that I saw was great and super helpful and understanding. The only hitch that I had was trying to upload my insurance card into the app. Would love an option to be able to do this at checkin.

I went in for my three months checkup and was graciously greeted by the staff, who were extremely professional and ready to assist me.  After my preliminary examination was completed I had a consultation with the Nurse Practitioner who reviewed my medical records and we discussed my well being (health wise). She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and refilled my existing prescriptions. I would recommend Medics USA Inc. to my friends.

Dr. Rashid is an excellent doctor , he listens to my health concerns and provides the care I need. He is well manner and care about  the patient.
