The NP that I saw was great and super helpful and understanding. The only hitch that I had was trying to upload my insurance card into the app. Would love an option to be able to do this at checkin.

I went in for my three months checkup and was graciously greeted by the staff, who were extremely professional and ready to assist me.  After my preliminary examination was completed I had a consultation with the Nurse Practitioner who reviewed my medical records and we discussed my well being (health wise). She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and refilled my existing prescriptions. I would recommend Medics USA Inc. to my friends.

Dr. Rashid is an excellent doctor , he listens to my health concerns and provides the care I need. He is well manner and care about  the patient.

Was a walk-in.  Was immediately seen after signing in.   Always in sequence of first come first served (depending on others who may have appointments or have higher on emergencies ).

I was traveling and called my health insurance to verify Medics USA Urgent Care is in-network for my plan. The medical staff were good and efficient. But it took a few calls to my insurance and at least an extra 30-40 of waiting time (that didn’t have) before the facility would acknowledge that both the visit and anticipated lab tests were “covered” and not “self pay,” which the receptionist claimed after checking with her district manager. So this was an unfortunate waste of time and would have costed me out-of-pocket had I not been so insistent that the visit and labs were covered under my plan and got customer service from my insurer on the phone with the intake staff at the clinic. It should not have been so difficult!

Everybody that saw me were very nice and helped me understand what I should do. They listened to me and I had a very good experience. The man who administered the tetanus shot also did it very skillfully as I didn’t feel the shot whatsoever. I would recommend this provider.

Made an appt online for that day and I assumed I would be seeing a doctor. I waited over I.5 hours. That is unacceptable. A lovely assistant did the vitals and then told the doctor would be in shortly. He did apologize for the long wait and blamed it on being short staffed.  That’s fair I guess. But there was no doctor present. There was a PA  who did her best. I was told there was a doctor and there was not. While prescribing an anti biotic. She failed to realize that by looking at my medical history, and my short list of prescriptions- that a Zpak would be a very bad idea for me as it would conflict with one of the drugs I’m already taking.  The pharmacist at CVS flagged it  and indeed it would be dangerous to take this particular antibiotic. Other times that I have come to this facility, things were great. This past Friday was definitely not a good experience.

Great doctor and she really cares.  I feel safe and well medically treated.

Was able to check in and get set up quickly. Great overall visit, great bedside manner.

love love love… making my new primary care doctor. For the first time in my entire life I didn’t faint from getting blood drawn. LOVEEEEEE
