I went to urgent care because I was having a severe allergic reaction. My body had broken out into hives and I was having difficulty breathing (wheezing). Instead of immediately taking care of me and seeing me because my need was urgent and I was going into anaphylactic shock, they had me sit in the waiting room to fill out paperwork. I had to sit in the waiting room and wait for a room to be available while going through anaphylaxis. I will never go to this urgent care again.

The young ladies at the front desk had excellent customer service skills and I really appreciate that.

The entire staff helped me from the time I walked through the door, until the time I left. I feel deeply cared for. Thank you for being there for me in my sickness.

Visit was fine if perfunctory.  Was sent home with a prescription for a fairly aggressive antibiotic. Was very disconcerted to see NP use the otoscope without any sanitary element on it or disposable.
