Went for a blockage on the esophagus.   Told the front desk person that.   Waited almost forty minutes past the appointment time.   Went in to the doctor and was immediately told they don’t handle that and we would need to go to the er.   Which is fine but they had us wait that long and pay a copay to be told to go to the er.  The front desk person knew the issue and knew they didn’t have the capability to handle the situaton and should have told us before we checked in

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???
