The office was closed to my house the Dr was great thanks

I had been experiencing some unusual pain for the past couple of days and Dr Juliana Owusu was available to see me today. She demonstrates such sincere concern for your well being. I see her for most all of my health needs. Wait time has never been more than 10 minutes to be seen and she listens intently to your concerns. I highly recommend this office for your general medical needs. Kindest doctor and staff ever.

Woke up this morning  and felt like I really needed to pee.  It hurt and burned a lot.  Was pretty sure I had a UTI.  Got  in pretty quick and the dr. and nurse were very caring.  I left with a couple of prescriptions and I am feeling much better later in the day.

Meh. Gotta keep going OVER and OVER with the doctr about your underlying health conditions, even though their right on the solv charts, and they never ask you in person what your underlying conditions may be, yet they still send in the wrong meds to exacerbate the conditions! Had to have the pharmacist literally call over to the clinic to advise them that I couldn't take the strength meds due to my underlying health condition! This was the secund time! The Medical assistant asked me the meds I was taking (even though they're in my Solv chart) and I couldn't get out but one prescription before she was leaving the room. Saw what looked like spots of dried .blood on the rooms floor. I don't know if I'll be returning here. An easy wait isn't worth my life.

Always easy to schedule, and be be seen ASAP. Friendly staff and great care given. Always thinking of how you are feeling. I will always recommend this place and they will always be there for you.

No issues getting appointment and waiting time was excellent

My husband was not feeling well so I took him into MedPrem Urgent Care. He had a cough, sore throat, & headache. Our wait time was 5 minutes or less & the staff was great. The doctor was awesome! I must say every time we've been there is a positive experience. Highly recommend this provider!

Easy scheduling, competent staff,quick check-out, doctor listened to my issue.

My mother came in with difficulty breathing and she was looked in a minute, the nurses were very attentive same as the doctor, she had a previous visit on a different facility (which it barely helped my mother). The doctor here (Juliana Owusu) saw the diagnosis and gave her a different approach as far as medication that was prescribed. She was real nice to my mom and the best part all this was under 30 minutes. Highly recommended!!

Always easy to schedule an appointment online and on short notice. Easy to check in, short wait time. Staff is always friendly. Doctor is readily available unless they are extremely busy, which is understandable. I’ve been using them for a few years and will continue to use them. Highly recommended.
