Front desk person didn't know what my out of state insurance would charge. Then when I called my insurance, they told me it should be covered with no charge on my end. After the front desk person stated she didn't know, I explained to her what my insurance co representative said was covered and she all of a sudden acted like she did know and that my insurance would reject the charge and force me to pay for the office visit even though I just got off the phone with a representative. The front desk person didn't call my insurance co to verify this and or how much it would cost. Their tone was rude and indifferent. I decided to move forward to get the Covid-19 test they advertised accepting walk-ins . They had me fill out all my information and I explained I just needed a test done since I got off the plane 7 days ago and not an office visit. After I got the throat swab covid-19 test, they had me meet with a doctor that proceeded to ask me screening questions I already answered. Seeing this was a waste of time I kindly requested that I leave in lieu of sitting there. He then got offended and accused me of being rude. I'm from WA state where they do free drive up tests that don't require an office visit. This place is clearly trying to make money off these tests by pairing it with an unnecessary office visit. I was not rude or raising my voice like he was at me. I just asked that I be able to leave. He was clearly upset that a black woman was asking him if she could leave and not participate in their insurance dog and pony show. Again, I did not argue but I could tell he and the front desk person were labeling me as a difficult patient because he came into the exam room with an abrasive demeanor. Also his mask was dirty. I respect and appreciate all medical staff I've encountered during this pandemic and have not had an awful experience like this one before. Truly disappointed and don't recommend this place to anyone.

From the front desk to the CRNP they were amazing. Very compassionate, thorough and answered/addressed our questions and concerns. Nathan Steinberg rocks!

When you have an appointment at 12:15 and are waiting in the lobby until after 1:20 PM, something clearly is not working with their schedule system. Then I’m told there is only one X-ray room available. They have to “clean” the X-ray room, so they are taking other walk-in patients back prior to us. Something does not add up right here.
