The wait time was more than twice what I was quoted. I was told it was about an hour but I waited almost 2.5-3 hours to see a doctor. The doctor was very friendly, and so was the assistant doing the swabs/vitals. The waiting room could use more seating.

We have used the facility again and again, but the Nurse Practitioners there are inexperienced, one in particular (will update with name) offered invalid information that caused me to panic as well as often brush other things off in the past. A nurse practitioner made a conclusion about my sons broken foot which made me panic when she and the X-ray tech insinuated he would need surgery, he’s 9. Also made an incorrect assessment and conclusion about his injury. It was the worst feeling in the world worrying about my child....Took him to childrens hospital and they said no surgery was needed, he wouldn’t even need to see an orthopedic that day but to follow up with one...followed up twice with an orthopedist and he also said no surgery necessary, thank God!!! The X-ray tech and nurse practitioner jumped to conclusions with no real experience in orthopedics. I will never be coming back to the facility again. The same nurse practitioner barely gave me any type of support when I went in for pain in my back and side, the exam was short, not thorough with very little concern.

After signing up on line at 7:30 am this morning and given a 12:30 appointment time with an arrival of 15min early request. To find out my appointment was a 2hr wait. very frustrating. I went to the receptionist to cancel my appointment where she told me i could go" F" myself she used the actually" F" word but i choose to abbreviate it here .I was looking for a little bit more of a professional response, This took Place On March 14. 2020 1:00 at the Waldorf location i was very shocked that a person of that nature would represent such a professional establishment.

They take too long even with appointments. Be here for an hour and a half for a simple test. Only 2 people before. I have never gotten out of here in less than 2 hours. Last time HERE!!!
