Easy in/out appointment. Staff were friendly and doctor was very attentive and kind.  My only gripe is being asked about symptoms at the front desk in ear shot of other clients. I feel like that type of question is best for behind closed doors.

Visit was great overall. The only issue I had was the PA sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I had told her the correct pharmacy, but she sent them to the d pharmacy I used to use. Luckily they are near each other so I was able to get it that day.

I’ve had an awful sore throat for three days so I finally made an appointment with the clinic. The staff at MedSurg were very friendly, courteous and thorough. I would definitely recommend!!

Scheduled an appointment at 3am for myself. Got a great time . Walked in and in no time it my turn.

Was able to be seen same day. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Everything at the office was great, however I received notification from CVS of a new prescription ready for pick up about 5 hours prior to the office calling me to tell me why they called in something new. Additionally when I had questions regarding the updated diagnosis the individual who called did not know the answers, and didn’t offer to get the answers for me or offer a call back. Finally I was informed that this urgent care does not send an email or provide paperwork (other then a going back to the office) of the updated diagnosis.  I was expecting the lab results from my sample, but apparently that is not available.

I googled xray near me, made an appt, they called me to reschedule because there was no x ray tech there. Went in for the rescheduled appt and found out I’d have to pay out of pocket for the xray… no one could tell me that on the phone?

Woke up with pink eye. Could get in right away!  Everyone was friendly and helpful!  In and out in a timely manner!  Would use them again!

My daughter woke up with fever and sore throat. Schedule on line within minutes. Was evaluated and diagnose with strep, we were there less than 30 minutes. Staff and PA were pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend.
