I ran out of the medication that controls my facial eczema and my doctor couldn’t get me in for another few days and unable to send meds to pharmacy so I called here and made an appointment and got in in 15 minutes and was out less than 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and doctor was compassionate and sympathetic and made feel completely at ease.

We had an appointment for my daughter’s injured ankle tonight. They took an X-ray and came back to let us know it would be a while for the radiologist to get to it, “probably tomorrow”. The NP (I assume, he never introduced himself) was very friendly and brought in an acebandage “for me to wrap her ankle at home” …I asked him if he could do it in the office- then he rushed us out of there. On our way out the other staff members were standing with their bags and the lights off waiting to leave. I guess I just don’t understand why they would offer an appointment time that would be in the way of them locking up and leaving. I would have happily gone somewhere else who had time to provide care for us…we were paying for this medical service, not asking for anything for free lol. I guess providing a PE note for school tomorrow was out of their time limit :/
