What patients are saying...

1.0

In hindsight, I should have gone to an ER. 1. I limped in at 7:30 pm and was told they stopped doing x-rays at 7:00 but was reluctantly seen. 2. Employee grabbed my fractured leg with both hands, then realized her mistake after seeing my x-ray. 3. They ran out of leg boots that day so had to put on a temporary cast. 4. Employee admitted she didn't know how to apply a temp cast, another employee showed her how. 5. THEY asked ME if I needed crutches! I didn't know so they sent me home, limping to my car without crutches. That night I was in terrible pain in the heel of my foot. 5. Four days later I saw a Mercy orthopedic doctor who put me in a boot and didn't even look at my foot. 6. Two days later I discover a huge blister on the heel of my foot that originated from the temporary cast applied incorrectly at GoHealth. 7. Eight weeks later I have a foot ulcer that I'm trying to heal so I can walk (on my now healed broken leg)! 8. I should have gone to the ER. Mercy care anywhere is horrible.
