I’m 18, I have a fear of needles and instead of the nurse making fun of me she calmed me down and didn’t just jab my arm without permission. She waited until I was calm enough to reply I was read for the shot. It was honestly the best nurse I’ve ever had for this type of fear and she really calmed me down and didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about my fear. I really appreciate the fact she asked me if I was ready hiding the actual needle behind a bandaid so I didn’t freak out more. I’ve been to this clinic multiple times for sprained ankles, infections and back pain and each and every time I’m truly treated respectfully and efficiently with a level of professionalism that you expect from a hospital but don’t usually receive. Let me be completely honest nurses like that are what makes fears better and now I feel like if I go to this clinic to get a flu shot because of work and won’t come in being as scared as I was initially. Hopefully if I continue going to them this fear with someday disappear. Thank you, I truly appreciate you for helping me.

Went in for Covid symptoms to be checked out.  They confirmed I had Covid and provided me with the protocols to follow and checked me over.  I got seen right away and the staff and facility were both very nice. Would recommend.

We did all of the check in and paperwork online. Then we got to get asked the same questions again. The PA completely disregarded my child’s history of 5 eardrum ruptures. She said “we just have to wait even though her eardrum is red”…. Why wait? Why not TRY to prevent the rupture by preventing the fluid from getting infected and building up pressure in the canal. She has SYMPTOMATIC fluid and redness. History of MULTIPLE ruptures…. Let’s just wait…
