I was very disappointed. I told the Dr I had a dry cough/runny nose/headache for almost a week. Today I was worse with a sinus headache/face/cheeks hurt I suspected a sinus infection. He immediately said you can’t get a sinus infection that fast, have you taken a Covid test? He went straight for that diagnosis and after asking twice would not check my sinuses. He completely disregarded my symptoms. So I spent $50 for zero reason and had to go find over the counter meds for my symptoms after all of that. I will absolutely never go there again AND will recommend to my friends they not go there either. Waste of time!

The doctor was very unpleasant with any questions I had. I asked very serious questions and I got very short useless answered as if he didn’t know and I left feeling like I didn’t know what was truly wrong with me and very unsure of things. I really don’t enjoy when the doctor they have there sees me because I always feel like he rushes through the apt and doesn’t give any definitive answers and this happens every time I see this doc there. NOTE THE PLACE WAS NOT BUSY SO HE HAD TIMETO REASURE ME OF WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH me!

Just a great experience from start to finish… Setting an appointment online to filling out the pre-appointment information online to arriving and connecting with the doctor as soon as I Was checked in

Had an “emergency “ and was able to get in that evening. Was in and out and about 25 minutes and was even ready to pick up a prescription. Thank you! I would recommend to others.

I booked an appointment online for Sunday, June 4th at 12:20 P.M. I arrived around 12:05. The girl at the desk asked my name and checked and said, I don't have an appointment for you. I then got my phone and showed her 2 messages showing the appointment. She said someone else had that time slot. I think she could have said, I will try and work you in but said I don't have anything until 1:30 P.M. Iwent ahead and made the appointment but when i got back home, I decided not to waste my time going back. Will not recommend them. This was at the Cottleville, Mo. location.

I booked through Solv and was told by the facility that I didn’t have an appointment. I was getting notifications and confirmation texts, but they had no record of me or my appointment at any location. They also informed me that they don’t even book appointments for that time of day since it is close to closing time. I wasn’t able to be seen at all because all appointments within my available range were taken. Very disappointing that I will have to wait until tomorrow to be seen since all urgent cares in the area are now closed. Definitely won’t use again.
