It was so easy to schedule online, checked in with my id and insurance card easily. The test was give immediately and the results in minutes. The NP came in discussed treatment. Prescription sent to my pharmacy. Went to pick it up. Everyone was caring and respectful.

I scheduled an appointment a day prior and got it and had my foot pain checked and got me some prescription to help my foot. So far so good. Staff was courteous and fast customer service.

I scheduled online and even got a text confirmation that I replied Y to. When I got there, the front desk person could not find it and didn't care when I showed thr confirmation to her. Zero sympathy or empathy. She did finally check other locations when my wife pressed her but very disappointed in this location. The Medical staff is being undermined by the scheduling system and front desk. Went to the Mid Rivers location which accepta walk-ins and had a much better experience.

Booked my appt yesterday for today which was nice to schedule ahead of time. Got right in. Had a cough. Had a chest X-ray. Didn’t have to wait long for anything. Was told I have bronchitis and was prescribed cough medicine and inhaler as this is viral so no antibiotics. Nurse/doctor very nice. Front desk/med tech very unfriendly and made me feel like a huge inconvenience to her. She was very unprofessional.

My 5 year old son and I visited Mercy Urgent Care after he hurt his foot jumping from his bunk bed. We got X-rays and found he had a fracture. Kim and the rest of the staff were incredibly comforting towards my son and took the time to make him a splint when they didn’t have any in stock for his size. Thank you all very much for your help!

I’ve taken all 3 of kids here several times always different people working. Everyone has Always been friendly kind knowledgeable. Wonderful with my kids! Highly recommend this location!

I made an appt. Online,I was seen on schedule, tests conducted and results explained. Aftercare also discussed. I would recommend this location for the reasons just listed.

Lindsey and Stephen were awesome!!! I arrived and was seen within approximately 10 minutes. They were both very comforting. In no time I had my diagnosis and two scripts(already sent to my pharmacy) and I was on my way!!! I will definitely be using this Urgent care for any future needs! Thanks Lindsey and Stephen!!!
