Made online appt yesterday for 10:30am today. Arrived at 10:15am was told there was 1 person ahead of me. Not called into room until 10:50. Had not been see by 11:30 so I asked if I had been forgotten. Was told no that there is only one provider and TWO ahead of me!  Did see provider approximately 15-20 minutes later.  What good did it do for me to make an appt? How was 1 person ahead of me when I arrived, then 2 ahead of me 1-1/4 hours later?  Staff should have been honest with me to begin with…should have told me I’d have a long wait rather than telling me initially that there was only one ahead of me which lead me to believe I’d be seen close to my appt time.  Provider (PA?) was very polite, professional and explained everything clearly.

I wouldn't pray UTI and the urine or whatever machine.Let you know if you ever hear an attractive fiction was broken.I stayed in the room forever and was never treated for my symptoms.I will never go back again
