The visit itself was fine but my issue was when I called the next morning with follow up questions . Was placed on hold right away. This was fine but even after patiently waiting my turn, the front office lady couldn’t be bothered to give me any time, kept trying to brush me off and all health professionals refused to speak with me . If you were busy a call back would have been fine but apparently their patients aren’t even worth that 🤷🏻‍♀️

The nurse misheard the name of my medicine and assumed I was seeking pain meds. I just wanted a refill on my anxiety medication. She was very rude, I had to beg her to ask the doctor if I could get a refill. She came back in realizing she was in the wrong and no apology or remorse. Doctor was very nice when she came in, was quick and helpful.
