Staff were great-customer service was great. The medical assistant was thorough and friendly. The NP diagnosed the issue immediately. Thank you for making this service available.

Went up there for shortness of breathe, back pain, cough.  Wait time was like 10 minutes.  The staff were really nice and made me feel very comfortable. Saw a doc within 20/30 minutes and was out the door with my prescription.  Would recommend them to everyone.

When I woke up this morning I had what felt like a lump stuck my throat. No matter what I did, during the morning, I was not able to clear it. I made an appointment online with Mercy Urgent Care Finneytown. After arriving I was immediately addressed, my wait time in the lobby, and the treatment room was very short. Kudos to Tanisha, Emilie, and Venna Reese for the way they exhibited genuine concern and provided top notch care and concern for my health. The quality of care I received, in that short time, was through and extensive. I left assured all would be well. Thank you! Based on the attention, care, and treatment, I received I definitely recommend the Urgent Care facility of Mercy Health in Finneytown.

I have neurovirus and my stomach pain got so bad that I had to go to urgent care to see if anything else was going on. Trisha, Venna Reese, and KevLyn were wonderful. Even though I was a walk-in Iwe’re wonderful. Even though I was a walk in I only had to wait about 20 minutes and they could tell I was in pain and they were very encouraging to me. Once I got back in the room, they are going again gave me wonderful loving care. I will definitely be going back the next time I have any health issue.

After visiting 2 other places to remove a splinter , I finally found some place that knew what they were doing. Dr Ross and the team was AMAZING and seemed to take my splinter seriously. Unlike the other places who had to google how to properly remove an embedded splinter. If I ever need urgent care again, this office is my go to.

Walked in for care of a rash.  Everyone was friendly and seemed to care about what was going on with me.  Would go back if the need arises

Scheduling was so easy. I wish it was that easy everywhere. I was seen exactly when appointment was scheduled. Everyone from Tyler to Emily to Dr. Ross were very professional and caring. I had all of my questions answered and feel like I am on my way to recovery. I would definitely recommend this facility and staff.

Was able to get an appointment without issue and immediately worked to get all my paperwork done once I check-in. Veena, Tanisha, and Tricia were all wonderful!

Had a very nice experience at Mercy Health Urgent Care. They were very professional and helpful.

In and out service at Mercy Health Urgent Care Finneytown. All staff on duty that day were attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. Top notch care was given. If I have any more urgent health matters I will definitely consider coming back.
