Had been struggling with some symptoms that got progressively worse saved my spot for 4:45 arrived early and was out before 4:45 with a prescription called in. Me regime was friendly and informational front desk was great at giving pharmacy info. Was happy to get good care quickly to be on the road to recovery

My son sprained his ankle and we wanted it X-rayed to be sure it wasn’t broken. We walked in, checked in and were seen within 5 minutes. It was so easy! And the staff were so friendly and helpful! The PA-C was wonderful. She knew our concerns and was very knowledgeable and detailed in aftercare and moving forward. Which we appreciate! The whole experience was great! I definitely recommend this urgent care!

I was referred by my PCP to go this Urgent Care on a Friday because of my work schedule. I arrived around 6pm and waited over an hour, to see a doctor, ended up leaving because they had 8 pt ahead of me and they closed at 8pm. I needed meds,  Pharmacy would have been closed by time I got out. Just a horrible experience! Made an appointment for the next morning, much different staff more pleasant and someone always at the desk. Very much enjoyed the practitioner, very knowledgeable and excellent bedside manner. Your staff makes first impressions!

Walked in and staff was very pleasant checking me in. The staff was amazing and prepared my chart for the Dr. And did my vitals. Dr Ross was exceptional , explained my XRays and treatment plan. I’ve never encountered such a Dr. that had all the qualities one would like in their physician. I definitely would return to this clinic and refer my friends snd family.

I came in with an urgent issue and the staff were extremely helpful and sensitive to the situation. Wait times can be long, but the wait room was packed and you could tell everyone was working as efficiently as they could. This is the best urgent care facility on the east side!

I went to Urgent Care with an obvious urinary tract infection.  I was told to come back 1-1/2 hrs later and I was happy to do that.  Many people were obviously a lot sicker than me and they got very busy.  No one’s fault and I appreciated how wonderful everyone was. I felt well taken care of.😇😇😇

Staff was prompt, attentive and friendly. Their charting system was down, but that did not delay my care in any form. The provider was great and I would recommend her for care.

I came in with severe back pain/sciatica that was keeping me up at night. The pain was greater at night than in the day. I couldn’t sleep and hadn’t been able to for many days. I was a mess. Tim saw me. Listened to me told me what it was and prescribe three medication’s. One was a specific medication for nerve pain. It worked like a champ. I got the best nights sleep I’ve had in so long. I feel that Tim and the medicine he prescribed were like little miracles. After hurting for so long, today was a joy. Thank you Urgent Care! Also, everyone on the staff was nice… the girl at the front desk, the nurse that came in to take my vitals and of course, Tim. I would recommend them to anyone. Good job!   I will add this as a comparison. I was at the little clinic at Kroger a few weeks ago when this all started. I went there because I thought I had a strep throat and I had a cold. The throat was not strep, and they couldn’t give me anything for the cold. I brought up the sciatica and how much it hurt, hoping they would give me some prednisone or something to help me get rid of it. She told me that they could only treat one thing per visit and because of all the medications that I was taking for a heart condition, she doubted that there was anything that she could do for me anyway. I won’t be back to the little clinic. I.

In and out from door to doir in 30 minutes.  Easy and efficient!
