Walk in the door and you're told to sign in on the kiosk. Which was very tedious and apparently unsuccessful because I had to stand there and tell her all my information all over again. I had visited this location previously for the same thing and all my information should have already been in there. Felt very unwelcoming and uncaring

I hesitated going here due to a past experience with Mercy Health before. I am so happy I chose to give it another try.  This was the epitome of healthcare service. I went in for shortness of breath. Service was efficient and very pleasant. As a black woman many times our concerns are overlooked and in this case I was heard and taken care of. Doctor Jay and his nurses and staff ATE that up!! 100/10. Starting to feel better now.

Da Meka was very kind and helpful. Even made a phone call on my behalf for some information. Dr. Barnett was very thorough with the assessment of my complaint and treatment. Longer than expected wait, but I would go back if needed in the future. Clean facility was notable.

Wasn’t feeling good and had a horrible cough and my head was hurting every time I coughed..  I was having body aches. I’m still having a bad cough and still congestion. I sounded horrible and I was treated for something but else

I woke up feeling uneasy with my body and they was able to take care of the situation right away and send me on my way. I really like that.

I went here twice for the same issue after visiting a different urgent care and being dissatisfied with them. I had issues with a toe and foot pain. After the 2nd trip they sent me to an ER to get X-rays. Turns out I have been miss-diagnosed by both urgent cares. The ER Dr took one look at my foot and told me what was wrong and when I went to my regular Dr the next day, she confirmed the diagnosis and gave me correct medication that had me feeling better in a day. I feel like I wasted a lot of money.

Easy online scheduling. Easy check in. Above and beyond care and  concern by the receptionist who gave me a glass of water and a cough drop when I was having a coughing fit. I had unfortunately left my cough drops at home. I was treated with extreme kindness all the way through my care. The exam was thorough and they even gave me a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and everyone was so nice. Highly recommend this facility

I was on medicine for suspected pneumonia, but after 4 days of meds was feeling worse.  Dr. Nicholas examined me and felt sure it was pneumonia.  He explained about pneumonia and the meds that I was taking.  Added additional antibiotic and different cough medicine.  He was so informative with the information he gave me.  Appreciated the time he spent doing that.  Seems like a very caring doctor.

Woke up with ear pain was able to walk in and saw the dr within 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

I arrived and waited about 1 hour to be called, when being seen both the MA and Provider, Jasleen, listened to me, did tests she thought I needed, and gave me the results in 10 min. She came back in and talked with me about what to do at home and instructed that if I didn't feel better by the middle of the week either to return there or see my personal MD.
