Everything went well EXECPT I came in for covid and the doctor tried to give me antibiotics. Antibiotics do not treat covid. If I did not have background knowledge I would’ve left without receiving the care I actually needed.

Had ear ache for a couple days that progressively got worse. Unable to get into my primary care physician for several days. This urgent care is affiliated with Mercy hospital so I thought I'd try it. Very quick and easy check in, short wait, doctor was quick but thorough. Diagnosis was pretty severe ear infection, told me which prescription he advertised and directions on how to administer. All around great experience.

The staff and nurses were really kind, but the doctor on site was very short with me. He didn’t test me for anything sickness wise, didn’t check vitals, look in my ears, throat, etc, just pushed me out the door with meds. I ended up having to go to another location to get the care I needed.

We had no trouble getting in there. Had to wait a few for the x-ray results but that wasn’t the staff at CareFirst issue. They were waiting for somebody to read it from somewhere else. So that was the only hold up outstanding every other way. The staff was super friendly -really great visit. I was well taken care of. We already referred someone in case they need to go to urgent care.
