Persistent cough had me waking up and scheduling appointment. Showed 30 mins before appointment time of 9am. Didn’t leave till after 11 But the service was the best I’ve ever had. Christine Sherrod showed a kindness, friendliness and empathy ive not ever seen there. Treatment has always been good but the team there today is a step above them all. Thank you

The staff and doctor were very friendly and it took me like forty five minutes to get in and out. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to other people. Thank you so much

Happy with how fast they got me in but was not happy with what they told me to do. I paid a $40 co-pay for them to tell me to go home and take a hot shower and put a hot compress on my head, no cough medicine sinus suppression or an antibiotic prescribed although I am fairly sure I needed something. now going to pay $40 or more for over-the-counter meds.

Everything went better than expected. I was able to complete information from home and hold place in line. I was next as soon as I checked in.

I was easily able to schedule online and when I arrived, I was taken back fairly quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the provider clearly had no idea what he was doing. I had a small laceration, which I questioned even going to UC for, and he very quickly looked at it and told me to go the ED in case of an infection. I went to a non-Mercy ED and they staff/physician basically laughed at the fact that I was there; they said it should easily have been treated in the UC setting which I knew. The Mercy UC physician was very nice, but he was saying things about having to see a surgeon (for a small cut?!) and other gibberish. I now am stuck with an UC AND ED bill for something that should have been able to be seen at UC. I really believe the Physician didn't want to deal with it and/or not know what he was doing. I will never go to a Mercy UC or ED again.

I walked in and was in a room within 5 minutes.  The doctors assistant was very friendly and explained everything and made sure that I wasn’t in a lot of pain as she flushed my ear.  The physician was friendly and explained treatment and prognosis.  Front desk girls were pleasant.  Overall, it was a great experience.  I was in and out within 30 minutes!!

The thing about most urgent care doctors is they don’t listen. They all say you have bronchitis or a sinus infection and never test you for anything else like flu or Covid those things exist and are very real! I just don’t want meds from a one minute conversation. I want real results!

I’m from out of town and hadn’t been feeling well. Decided to get up that morning and go to an urgent care. Got right in, friendly, caring environment! Good thorough exam for what was going on, left with prescriptions to get better and was on my way. Very happy with my experience! I would go there again and loved the provider I saw!

This was a follow-up visit to the urgent Care, but there wasn't anything they could do for me so they called ahead to the emergency room which ate it greatly and got me in quickly. The first visit to this urgent Care was very good. Since there was nothing that could be done in a second visit these ratings are for the first visit, although the fact that she offered to call ahead to the emergency room and set things up for me was super!
