What patients are saying...

I was not too fond of the lady at the front desk.  I dont feel she is cut out for this kind of work.  To put it into perspective, the sick people were  more friendly to her than she was to them.  She made me feel like a bother.  But anyways, the rest of the experience was amazing.  Thank you.

I wasn’t feeling well and the staff took very good care of me. They were friendly and the doctor was amazing. They helped me and made the walk in appointment very comfortable and very professional. I will return if i end up sick again.

All staff members were great. From walking in the door, being greeted and assisted immediately to being taken back to be seen, couldn’t ask for more attention to detail. Unfortunately I did not get everyone’s name but they were great. Patricia took time to listen to all my concerns and addressed them with me. Thank you to everyone for taking great care of me.

Lady at the front desk was on the phone for the first 15 min. There. It seemed like a personal conversation rather than anything medical related. She didn't fully unlock the door. We were able to open it with the handicap button. Someone ended up calling in after we were there about the door. She was also talking about how she was demoted freely. Once taken back the appointment went great and with ease. The nurse and doctor were great and informative.

The staff were friendly he and caring. The NP was fantastic. The office was extremely busy but they handled it with grace. Please consider adding another Dr, the work load is too great for them ti keep up with but that did not take away from the quality of care they provided. You have a great staff there!

I was extremely uncomfortable by some comments that were made by the receptionist and by the doctor. I have PTSD, and cannabis saved my life. I have to use it daily due to extreme anxiety and panic attacks. I went in because I was not feeling well, and I wanted to know what was wrong with me. Cannabis can also be used to help with nausea as I was not feeling good. I was extremely nauseous. Upon check-in, I was greeted with the receptionist telling me how bad I reeked of cannabis and asked me to move back. She proceeded to give me death glaze the entire time, while entering my insurance information into the system. With the doctor, As soon as he came in, he made a comment about marijuana, He asked what I used it for he asked if I used It medically. He was not kind upon visit, he frankly it was disrespectful and unprofessional. If you’re going into a DOCTORS OFFICE, Even if it’s an urgent care - Frankly, you should be treated dignity and respect. The entirety of my visit made me extremely uncomfortable and made me very angry. This is not how people in this field should act. I understand it’s New Year’s Eve but if you have a patient that needed help and needed answers and you treat them like this. Do you think I got the help I needed? As one of the main things the doctor was talking to me about was my use of cannabis when I came in sick with a ‘Viral Infection’.

Wait time was almost 2 hours and only one problem my son was having was checked out & I still am having to go back to the doctor on Thursday bc of that. Woke up with pink eye and severe congestion and cough which he only got treated for pink eye when I repeatedly had said that he was also congested and coughing at night

The doctor downplayed my symptoms and wouldn’t listen to me explain what was going on. I told him I was sick and my chest was burning very badly when I breath. And he insisted I was talking about the same pain from when I had gone to the cardiologist.  I told him I also had an ear infection that started a week prior but that it was getting better. He said it wouldn’t be better if that was the case. Then proceeded to manhandle my sensitive ear and tell me there was no infection. I said “sir just look at it.” So he took a look without the ear tool and said “you have an outer canal ear infection”  So many more things were wrong with that visit. I honestly felt like I had to advocate for myself, and get stern with the doctor. Very unprofessional. Everyone else was great.
