I felt they listened and treated me very well. Check in was so easy! The PA who treated me was very thorough and referred me to a Mercy facility near by to find a primary care doctor. I woke up in a lot of pain from an open blister on the bottom of my foot which had gotten infected. I walked into the urgent care without an appointment and was called back to a room in just a few minutes. PA William Kossenjan, was very knowledgeable about my condition and how I had obtained it. He took his time with me and explained everything in a manor in which I could understand. He also msgd my PCP about my high blood pressure.
