Needed to get stitches out of finger.  Check in went relatively quickly.  Paper work was easy to fill out. Doctor was very efficient with removing the stitches and gave me very clear instructions on how to continue to treat the injury.

Waited about 45 minutes to be seen.  Not terrible, but not super quick. I felt that the nurse was much rougher than she needed to be when doing my daughter’s throat swab. My daughter was in tears after. The Nurse Practitioner, whom we’ve seen before, is rushed and a bit harsh but answered my questions and helped us.

Your new self check in system is very frustrating! When people are sick or moms come in with sick kids this is the last thing we want to deal with. Please go back to having the receptionist check us in! That is fast and very helpful..

Was not willing to help. I knew what my ailment was, but they were not wanting to help. Just wanted to send me on to an emergency room. I had an elevated blood pressure due to difficulty breathing. It was definitely a sinus or allergy related problem. I just wanted a nebulizer to hold me over a couple days. Was going to my PCP in 2 days, but wanted relief. Did not have congestion from it, however had taken Sudafed and claritin that day. Will not be returning there. Had me sign a do not sue paper because they did not want to be liable for if something did happen to me for not going straight to the emergency room. Do not recommend. Waste of money and time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me and get what I needed to help me feel better.

Everything was fine,  I just wish they could’ve given me IV fluids because I was seriously dehydrated due to diarrhea and high fever.

It’s so cool to see few nurses use American Sign Language in basic communication. They have no ideas how much it’s means to me! We can say in simple words not need lot of words but simples words are the best! Their manners are excellent. Their attitudes are humble and lovely. Even in different state this one are the champion!!!! Above golden. Waiting are not easy but can tell they taking serious for every tests and examine everything to make sure or need to find. Wow! Hey waiting are worth even it’s taking long time. It’s worth of time trust them for care deeply. I would definitely recommend this!

Everyone is so nice, fast, knowledgeable, and accommodating every time I come there with a sick child or for myself. Will and the other staff are excellent! Thank you all so much for your help time and time again!

It took a while for me to be seen and to get out of there but great care!
