Everyone we encountered was wonderful and very attentive!

Great service! Was seen at another urgent care prior to coming here. Nurse Miguel and the Doctor Kim were amazing! I felt as I was their priority and I didn’t feel rushed. They talked me through my discharge instructions and made sure I understood everything.

Kimberly and Miguel were amazing! My husband and I were treated like humans and not like trash. We have had bad experience at Mission and were afraid to come in. They are both kind and welling to answer any questions we had for them! They were kind and full of humor. We had to wait a little while but we can both agree that the wait was worth it. 10/10 service!

Booked an appointment for 4 PM and wasn’t seen until 4:35. Was frequently reminded how understaffed the clinic was and it was very evident they were trying to get folks out as fast as possible. I was pretty sure I had an upper respiratory infection going there and left with the same amount of information. Was told to rest although I’ve been doing that for days and need to get back to work. Was not prescribed any medication to treat my illness - honestly could have gotten more empathy and guidance from Google without paying my $75 copay. Upon leaving, nearly stepped in a huge pile of vomit - I understand being understaffed, but please do not take on more than you are able to handle. *edited to note: I was not seeking antibiotics as noted in clinic response. I was looking for some sort of guidance or treatment plan on how to heal my respiratory infection from home (i.e. holistic information, over the counter meds, health education, etc). I am now having to see a second provider for follow up.

Miguel and Kim were amazing! They listened to my concerns and treated me with medicine. Miguel did a great job cleaning my ear! I'm glad I can hear again, he also gave good advice on how to keep my ear clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Kimberly, Nurse Miguel were kind and great! They listened to my concerns and tested me. Came back with a diagnoses I was not expecting. Will definitely be back for any future illness.

The P.A she was great ,she asked questions and she listened. she was empathetic and was about helping me get over my illness and that's what it's all about !

Had an appointment and had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen. Not happy! Probably not coming back....

My experience at Mercy Urgent Care was great. I was seen quickly and treated with professionalism and compassion. Miguel and Kimberly were knowledgeable, helpful and thorough throughout my visit. I highly recommend this facility.
