Mae was excellent check in person. Very professional, helpful and personable. Staff in back was professional and  knowledgeable. From the time I went in the front door till my visit was through, I was treated like I was their family member. Took care of my stopped up ears and sore throat.   Thank you!! Definitely would go back!

I waited 3 hours and the pharmacy where my medication was called in to was closed for two days and when I tried to call the doctor again there was no answer

Everyone I interacted with at Sisters of Mercy this Sunday morning was helpful and respectful, making the stress of a sick day visit much easier. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were polite and efficient. Facility was clean.

Front desk had personality of a creek rock.  The gentleman was standing there alone when I arrived and he acted like he was under influence of something.  The woman was very unfriendly.  I was there for a pre employment drug screen and have recommended they no longer use this place due to wait and confusion.

Called at 5pm to make an appointment for constant cough. I was scheduled for a 6:20 appointment and was able to complete all papers online. Appointment went well with a physician assistant named Katie. She was very professional and knowledgeable She called me about an hour after I left the office with some results and instructions. Very helpful!!!

Was able to book an appt for the next morning. Got in and out very quickly. Staff and doctor were great, friendly and caring. Didn't feel like I was just a number.

It took a little time but it was well Worth it. My doc was really  wonderful in her manner. And her thoroughness And clarity. I also appreciated the assistant who Took the vitals etc. she was warm and Welcoming.  The chest ex ray tech was efficient and clear and informative.  The whole experience, though not quick, was very positive.  I’m very grateful for Mercy urgent care.

I had a very concerning bleeding issue that I had been dealing with for 3 days. I did not have an appointment. The receptionist was totally awesome .. She was extremely helpful and caring. She worked me in quickly. The nurse was supper friendly and helpful too.  The Dr came in quickly and answered my questions and sent in my antibiotics and report to my family Doctor. I was totally satisfied with my care from each phase of my visit. I would definitely refer your facility to other people needing care.  I would most definitely recommend this provider and this establishment.

My Problem was Not taken care of as I thought it would.  Urgent care should do better it’s still supposed to be a doctor’s office. Also the nurse they have to come in to check you is extremely rude. Made me feel less important and I’m disappointed.
