I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time, but I was informed of that when I arrived at the clinic. It was worth the wait. They have a friendly, caring staff. Even though they were busy, I didn’t feel like they were rushing my appointment. I’ve been here before and had a pleasant experience every time. I highly recommend this clinic. I called requesting an appointment, the staff asked appropriate questions and quickly scheduled an appointment.  Upon arrival the front desk was polite, friendly, courteous and helpful.  The physician, TD, was pleasant, professional as she thoroughly asked questions and performed an exam.  Potential diagnoses made, testing ordered and advised to go to EmergeOrtho.   Excellent experience and will recommend MUCEA to anyone.

I scheduled my granddaughter an appointment Sunday morning, and it was just so easy because I was able to get her in. She had been sick for the last three days with her throat really bothering her and her ear. Everyone treated us with the most most respect I had all our paperwork done and everything and she went in the back and she seen Miss Teri And Miss Teri is wonderful. She gave her a little bit of a sprite to sit and wait for her strep test and explained everything to her and it was great.

They took great care of my kiddo who went in with a hurt foot. The whole team was kind, responsive, and compassionate. Thank you!

My son was sick, and they were quick to get him in and seen. They did several tests and gave us sound advice for getting him better soon.

Woke up with congestion and body pain. Was worried I had pneumonia. Terri did a phenomenal job talking through my symptoms and explaining my plan of care. I tested positive for flu and was sent home with all of the scripts and essentials to get me feeling better. The staff was even willing to ease my worries with a chest xray as we awaited my flu test results, which I greatly appreciated given my health history. I would absolutely recommend this provider!

The staff were really great to work with.  The receptionist acknowledged when we got there for our appt that they were running about an hour behind, and offered to call me when they were ready so I could run a nearby errand.  The PA (Fawne) was great. We feel very fortunate to have this urgent care option in our community.  THANK YOU!
