I've been to Mercy Care South a few times. I received excellent care every time.

I had 2 visits for a cut on my foot and only had 2 days before going out of town.  The first visit was the usual excellent service start to finish,  the second visit was fine except for the final bandaging and in came off when I got home and changed socks.  It wasn’t terrible just annoying and very difficult to redo on my own.  It seems that I visit this urgent care facility about once per year for some small issue and it has been excellent and this visit just ended with a little inconvenience.

I was able to do a walk-in with no wait time and the staff was extremely friendly Dr Katie was the best. She took really good care of me to make sure that I got everything that I needed to have a full recovery.

EXCELLENT patient experience, always!!! I go to this specific location for my immediate healthcare needs regularly and have ALWAYS had an amazing experience. One of the doctors there, Kimberly, is an absolute angel/savior to me. Kimberly is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, genuinely listens to you, and cares about your needs and getting you better. Seriously, give her a raise or promotion or something. She is outstanding. And that is coming from someone with a lifelong history of health problems so I’ve seen so many doctors in my 30 years of life.  Somehow the team at this location never makes me feel rushed at all while also taking the time to listen, address my needs, and gets me in and out so quickly!!! I am just so impressed. I have been to many other urgent cares and this one just seriously has unprecedented efficiency with excellent patient service.  Because my primary care physician is often unavailable when an immediate need comes up, Kimberly makes sure to send everything to them so they stay up to date. She also has provided some needed specialist referrals for health events that I’ve seen specialists for in the past. She cares not only about getting you better in the near term but makes sure that you have a plan moving forward.  I also want to note that on the occasion that Kimberly isn’t working that day, I have seen other doctors at this office and have had really great experiences with them as well.  Whatever this team is doing, they are doing it right, and they should all get raises and keep doing it. And I really appreciate you all. Thank you! 😊
