Recently I had diminished hearing and I wear hearing aids so saw my hearing specialist who upon exam found I had a cerumen impact ion right ear. He referred me to CVS health center for irrigation of that ear. Very disappointed with that facility due to difficult scheduling ( computer on site with no personnel present) and very long waiting time. Decided to seek out Mercy at Henderson Rd having had a good experience there this year and was again very happy with the service provided there. I came away happy to hear very well after treatment and would highly recommend Mercy again and will surely stay away from CVS health in the future. Thank you Merc.

Woke up at 7:00 this morning with severe cough and was able to schedule a appt ( thru Solv) for 8:40. Most of my info was already in their system which helped with the scheduling and check in. Receptionist helped fill in  some missing info since I was having trouble seeing.

It was very easy to schedule online.  I just chose an available time.  Waited a short time and was taken to exam  room by very friendly Kristen.  Treated by a PA who was very thorough and easy to talk to.  All in all it was a very good visit and I was treated well.
