They were a little slow getting to my wife yesterday. The care that she received was first rate.

Front desk staff are helpful and pleasant. Ron, the NP, did a great job addressing my needs. Wait time a little long, but I think that can be attributed to the quality of care and time spent with patients. Overall satisfied with the experience!

Patton Ave., Office was great, doctor was knowledgeable, friendly and receptionist was great. But I went to the Weaverville office first the staff was playing on their phones. No one was in the waiting room and they said they was really busy and could not see me . and sent me to the Patton Avenue office.

Told to just come on in on the phone the day before. Got there and had to wait just over an hour with a mashed sore toe.

I tried to remove a tick and needed urgent care to provide service and reassurance about my concern about Lyme disease. Chad, the PA, was very caring and tenacious in removing the tick. I trust I will heal thanks to Chad's care.

Tried to schedule online, but there is always info that I refuse to give and it wasn’t obvious how to bypass it to complete the online form. So right off the bat, my time was wasted. I knew I’d have to fill out paper forms once I arrived. Regarding the paper forms, it’s 2024, identity theft is rampant, and you’re STILL asking for patients’ SSNs!! I know it says “optional”—which is better than most places—but why ask in the first place?? You don’t need it!! It should be illegal. Again, you are wasting my time. I presented my ID and insurance card and had to fill out the paperwork which asked for some of what is already on those two things, which I also said were up to date. Then I had to fill out my birthdate about 4-5 times on the paperwork, only to be asked for it again by the PA who took my BP, etc. This is part of what’s wrong with the healthcare system nationwide. Inefficient and unnecessary data collection before I’m even in the exam room. It’s stressful. Do better!! Stop wasting people’s time. Ask every question ONCE, preferably in person and let your own office do the data entry. And only ask for what is absolutely necessary. Do that, and you’ll get your precious 5-star review.

Had a work related injury, was it in a lot of pain. Made an “appointment” which turns out has absolutely nothing to do with when you’ll be seen. Waited an hour and a half to be seen, was there 4.5 hours. All they did was prescribe over-the-counter lidocaine patches for my pain and a referral to an orthopedic clinic. I felt pretty mistreated when all they would do for my serious pain was to prescribe something over the counter that did absolutely nothing, and treat me like a “pill seeker” just because I asked for different options to relieve my pain that doesn’t interfere with my regular meds.
