The woman at the front desk who saw me struggling to come in with a busted knee and brought me a wheelchair was an angel. Everyone was so friendly and understanding, explained what to expect clearly, and communicated what was wrong clearly. I felt heard and I received the care I hoped for.

The staff took great care of me and I appreciate the sense of urgency.

The staff were very professional and kind on health problem. My wait time was with ease. Being with the VA the cost with tricare was good. The provider was professional and worthy of her time. I would recommend to any client.

Outstanding service! I got my ears cleaned an can hear an ant fart walking across the floor with the tv on. Also got me an inhaler an some cough medicine for my bronchitis! I Would go back anytime!

My first time using this facility,and I was impressed with the sincerity of the staff there in how they handle the patients from the time I walked in the door,to the back to be seen and checked by physician on duty, everyone there should be commended for there professionalism,and sincerity in patient care.Im telling everyone to go there!!!!God Bless Y'all!

I've been sick for almost two weeks. I scheduled a Sunday appointment with ease. I was in and out quickly. I got the meds that were needed and I'm sure glad because I ended up being pretty sick! everything was clean and everyone was nice, attentive and professional.

Waited 2 hours just to go back. No communication as to why the wait was so long prior to going back. I’ve never waited over 10-15 minutes at the East Asheville location.

Was a good wait but not to bad. Once in a room it went by pretty fast. The nurse and Dr were great

Scheduling same day appt was conveniently easy. Once we arrived for our schedule appt checking was uneventful. It helps if you refill out your info online.  The receptionist failed to mention the staff was backed up and that, “everyone was delayed” and we only found this out after waiting 40 mins past our appt time and reproaching the desk to inquire about the wait. That was somewhat frustrating.  Care from physicians assistant was attentive, friendly and thoughtful.
