Well I really feel like my money was taken with no care or alternatives to care except spending more money. I know myself from previous experience if an antibiotic was prescribed I would have recuperated. Honestly I will never use urgent care again or this branch

I have had no help here. Went in person last week. One I had a broken bone in my foot that they said "nothing wrong" with it. And I also have a chronic sinus issue. That I have dealt with my entire life. It's inner ear and it doesn't get better except with an antibiotic. I was given a zpack for that. It did help but it wasn't enough for my current issue. Happens every year 2 or three times. Unfortunately without fail. The antibiotic is ALWAYS what fixes it. Anyway, waited 3+ hours the last time. With no person in the waiting room but one other person. Had to endure the front desk clerk cutting up with her friend. Listening to tik toks or whatever. When you feel bad, people cutting up is the last thing you want to hear. And the other person waiting also rolled their eyes. I probably would let it go, but now I tried the telehealth. I waited for 40 mins. Got a call from some desk billing person. They charged me $40 copay. Who even knows what the insurance will get hit. I was finally seen after close to an hour wait. I'm not wealthy. I have to work feeling bad or not. I was told it's allergy. It's not. I said history tells me the antibiotic works. Everytime without fail. Wouldn't give me another one. Offered nothing other than to take more antihistamines. Which I do everyday anyway and have for a month to prevent any issues. So now I have a broken bone and vertigo due to the inner ear or sinus infection that I know I have. I understand the whole over prescribed opiates or whatever. But this is my wellbeing. Anyway 4+ hours of my time wasted with no help. None! And $80 less out of my checking account. I'm not happy. I say avoid this place if you really want some Mercy because I got none.

My family has had in-person visits at Mercy. My dad’s Dr was not willing to prescribe an antiviral for Covid. I chose to set up a virtual visit with Mercy Urgent Care. The online paperwork wasn’t too bad. We waited well pass our appointment time. However, I understand that everyone is busy helping others. Our PA was very pleasant, not rushed and easy to talk to. I accomplished what I needed for my dad and for that I am very grateful. Thank you, Paula
