This morning, I found an engorged tick bite in a place where I couldn’t easily or thoroughly extracted. Within minutes, I was able to make an appointment online and I was seen within a few minutes of arriving. The staff and Care was thorough and not rushed and the whole process was much quicker than trying to get into my doctors office on a Friday. I’ve used this Particular urgent care several times for myself and family members and have always been very happy with the care.

I have came in twice being seen by Terri and she has been nothing but the best for me. She has made me feel more like a person rather than a patient. I was working in my yard and experienced a significant laceration on my hand and needed stitches. I was super impressed with every aspect of my Mercy Urgent Care experience.  I was in and out of there less than an hour and a half.
