The staff was so friendly today. It was a very pleasant experience and a huge improvement from the last time I was here.

My cold was advancing to something more serious and went online and made an appointment for the next day was able to go back online and change to an earlier appointment. Things were backed up at the clinic so the wait was longer but they were very nice, offered me water and I didn’t have to wait at the window to get my paperwork. They brought it out to me. The nurse and doctor were very helpful very conscientious in their care. I left with the meds I needed and printed directions. Thank you very much. Dwane was the doctor.

Well the care itself by the Nurse Practitioner was absolutely wonderful!! She explained everything clearly for me! I felt very taken care of! However Daniel was very unfriendly and although he did his job I was not impressed. The receptionist at the counter was about the same. I have been here a few times here and there and and have never had any complaints until now! I will still go there again when I need to, or the Patton Avenue location

I had been struggling with on going congestion and cough and have felt really run down. The team at Mercy Urgent Care were very encouraging,saying, "we are going to get you feeling a lot better." It was an easy process to check in and be seen, and I am thankful I went there today.

I have never had anything but good experiences here at Mercy. This one time, this last time I wish I was listened to a little more in my request for antibiotics to nip what I had brewing. I do understand antibiotics are not needed in every situation, I also know my body. I was seen on Weds. On Thursday with no where to turn is suffered through spells of not being able to breath, coughing nonstop, painful lungs. Friday I had to seek an urgent care in Wake Forest: antibiotics, steroids (injectable, oral and inhaler), nebulizer treatment. Even though it probably could have been avoided (but whose to say, maybe not) I will certainly be back to Mercy, I know they only had my best interest in mind. I absolutely refuse hospitals, and you will never find me at the black mountain urgent care. I do have a primary care provider but sometimes they just do not have the time and resources. You guys are awesome!

Woke up with a sore throat and cough which apparently was diagnosed as strep/ pneumonia.  Faith and others were thorough, professional and kind.   Feeling better today.   They followed up with diagnostic results and to check how I was doing.  Nobody does that in today’s world.    Thanks again.

My daughter‘s ear had been hurting for two days and it started hurting real bad last night so when Wednesday came around, we went there and I was like five minutes late because I live in Swannanoa and I forgot we had to go all the way around because one of the bridges are still out And they still held my appointment. They were super nice and I don’t remember the PA or the nurse there but she was really nice to my daughter and we had fun and she even remembered my daughter for almost a year ago and we were treated with the most most.

Patient care was excellent. Front desk? Not so much.

The staff was very kind and attentive. My needs were addressed in a timely manner. Questions were answered in a concise manner. I’m so glad this service is available.

This morning, I found an engorged tick bite in a place where I couldn’t easily or thoroughly extracted. Within minutes, I was able to make an appointment online and I was seen within a few minutes of arriving. The staff and Care was thorough and not rushed and the whole process was much quicker than trying to get into my doctors office on a Friday. I’ve used this Particular urgent care several times for myself and family members and have always been very happy with the care.
