I’ve been fighting congestion for a few days. I was easily able to set up an appointment for after work. The staff was awesome, and got me checked in right away. I was in and out of there, with excellent care and prescriptions already sent to the pharmacy. Definitely recommended!

The head and chest were not getting better.  They got me in before the snow started.  The nurse practitioner was extremely helpful.

Very friendly nurse and PA. Engaged, good listeners.  Made an appointment online and completed paperwork. I showed up at appointment time but was told that was “paperwork time”. I went back home (live nearby) bc of the wait. They called me in about 45 min later. Process was different than I’ve had at other offices but it worked out just fine especially living so close by.

We were on a service Trip with Samaritans Purse helping with Hurricane Helene release. My son had a reaction to something in the area or one of the worksites. The staff was very courteous and got to us fairly quickly. Although we were not 100% sure what the reaction was the meds that they gave him and the treatment started taking effect within 6 to 8 hours. We followed the guidelines and he progressively got better. three days later nearly totally normal. Thank the Lord. Much prayer was given as we took him. I believe those work together. I am a little bothered by the fact that we obviously shared that my son is Type 1 Diabetic and our family has to closely monitor with him his health. When the doctor wasn’t confident if he was being honest with a couple of his answers I was asked to leave the room. Was the Doc ever going to tell me if he had shared something else? That is critical information. If she were to have withheld vital information like if he had been sexually active, which he is not and he said so and she did not believe him, that would be a game changer for his T1D and we would need to consult his endocrinologist immediately. I believe that puts people in an unhealthy position and parents uninformed. That is a dangerous practice. Other than that everyone, including the doctor was very good, efficient, kind, and professional. I am sure that was not the doctors choice that is probably protocol that needs to change!  I would recommend the provider. And I would go back if I had need there again.

Very pleased with the ability to be seen as a walk-in on short notice. I returned from traveling abroad for 3-weeks feeling very ill with infected sinuses and an awful cough. I was evaluated within 30 minutes and was on my way with treatment prescriptions a few minutes later. Both the triage assistant & nurse practitioner were caring and professional. I will definitely return to this clinic as needed.

Even with an appointment I was there for over 1.5 hours. I also do not understand why the inconsistency in dot physical lengths - I was only given a 1 year. I had a doctors statement and another location gives 2 years w this documentation. Be more consistent.

I wasn't feeling well and stopped by Friday evening to see if you were accepting walkins. You weren't. Had to make an appointment. Went home downloaded solv app. My first name was misspelled. Got it corrected. On day of appointment everthing went well but towards the end I was given a copy of my symptoms and diagnoses along with medication prescribed. Didn't realize I was done for visit. Sat there approximately 30 minutes before someone noticed. If i was done , I didn't hear or wasn't told. A little more communication would be great. Glad I came in. I had the flu. Felt more like sinus.
