Was a walk-in Saturday morning at 9:00 with a skin tear.  Met with courtesy at the front desk and shortly afterwards was shown to a room.  The nurse took my vitals then called in the doctor, John.  He was compassionate and treated my wound as gently as possible.  I have a follow up appointment Monday.   I have never been to Sisters of Mercy urgent care before, but I  recommend them highly.

It was a Saturday afternoon and I needed to see a Dr. Went online at Mercy Urgent Care and got an appointment for an hour & a half later. Filled out paperwork online also. Once at Mercy the check in was fast and the wait time was only about 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I saw a Nurse Practitioner that diagnosed my problem, called in a prescription to my pharmacy and I was on my way. The whole visit was about 45 minutes. I was very satisfied with the quality of care and I would definitely recommend Mercy Urgent Care.

I went two times in a week and they treated me royally. Dr. Alexander took time to explain us thoroughly what was going on and what each medicine would do for me. The assistant was very nice and polite. Also he took my vitals and did an x-ray and was as kind and professional as he could be.

I felt dismissed and waited to be given medication without a body check other than  symptom check.
