I’ve been sick for 3 days, so called Urgent Care. Got an appt. for an hour later, was seen promptly, diagnosed quickly, and meds ordered and ready in another hour. M. Catton was very  professional and caring. The receptionist and nurse were very kind and professional also.

I was able to get an appointment when I stop by the office. The staff, waiting time and service was great. Maggie was very professional and knowledgeable of my condition giving me advice and ordering the necessary prescriptions . Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I lacerated my hand and needed stitches. I scheduled using the app, that was easy. Office staff were very friendly and helpful. The care I received was great!

I had an earring that had grown into my ear. She had it out in no time at all. I have visited this office several times and the people that work there are always kind and professional. I really appreciate how much they have helped me. This time was a big deal because I am having surgery tomorrow and I couldn’t get the surgery with that earring in. Thank you so very much!

Mercy Urgent Care could become my primary care.  No four month waits.  Straight to the point.  In and out in 30 minutes.  My second visit and I've been thoroughly impressed both times.

I came in just past 9:00 am. I was told I couldn’t be seen until 11:10. I came back at 11:05 and wasn’t seen until 11:25. What’s the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it’s not punctual? The receptionist could use a friendly pill. Maggie the doctor was great! She diagnosed my condition and prescribed the medication and treatment needed.

I gad a very positive experience on my visit to the clinic.   My wait time was very short, and the quality of care excellent.   My provider, Maggie, was very professional, and caring.

Love how quick and convenient scheduling an appointment here was, because when you feel as sick and as bad as I did this morning the last thing you want to do is sit and wait in a lobby feeling horrible! So all paperwork was taken care of when I arrived just had to check in and pay my co-pay! Everyone was helpful and kind! I would recommend sisters of mercy to anyone who wants great care when they are feeling bad!
