According to check in staff, there is no scheduling. I find this curious since the website allows you to schedule a check in time, although in all fairness it does state this is just to complete paperwork. As I waited, I noted many people arrived that had made appointments and were under the impression it was an appointment, until check in person said there are no appointments. Having said this, why not use appointments to your advantage. For instance, if 5 people can be seen per hour, make two or three be appointments, spaced out over the hour so they could be accommodated, as well as walk-ins. Perhaps everyone would be happier. Since your software seems to be relatively sophisticated, I would venture to guess you could gain some really useful statistics to help.  As for check in, I think it is curious that in the first 30 seconds of check in I was asked to submit my identification, and insurance cards for copying. My cards were returned 30-45 minutes later. As a victim of multiple health care data breaches, I find this amount of time to be unsettling and excessive. In most offices , my cards are returned in about one minute.  Staff in back was very courteous and took care of business. Once I was finally seen by a provider, she was very professional and knowledgeable. Next steps were outlined and I had realistic expectations. Thanks to her, my visit took about 10-15 minutes.

Never fun to head to Urgent Care! This office is wonderful, they make the visit as painless as possible. Great staff and care!

The girl who checked me in was great.  Professional. Good attitude.  The nurse practitioner walked in, no introduction, said she would be back because she forgot stethoscope. Returned and left again due to no otoscope covers.  !!!!!!

Made an appointment Saturday morning to be seen that afternoon with no difficulties. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Virtually no wait time. My diagnosis and treatment were on point. I will definitely visit Mercy Urgent Care Waynesville again, should the need arise, and I will highly recommend the facility.

Staff is great but wait time was way too long. Need more privacy for check in also. I was there for a toothache so privacy wasn't an issue but I'm sure someone with a personal issue might be embarrassed for the whole lobby to hear theirs.

I have been coughing for several days with wheezing and severe bronchitis!  I made sn appointment by computer!  It was easy to schedule!  When I arrived I was taken right in on time, examined and appropriately treated!  I use the clinic all the time when my primary is mot available.   Great service!  I highly recommend the provider!   Thank you!

I tested postive for Covid with an at home test and my husband had similar symptoms. I easily made an appointment for the next morning and they got us in quickly, confirmed our diagnosis and discussed next steps. The NP was attentive and knowledgable and the staff was very professional and compassionate.

Woke up sick and decided to get checked out. I was surprised to be seen in under an hour in the middle of the day. This urgent care is always very quick. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ve been here several times between myself, my husband and our daughter. Highly recommend them.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating.  Facilities were very clean.  Have used this service before and will again.
