After day 3 of a fever, I decided to go to Urgent Care. Husband easily scheduled an appointment online for that morning. I was seen relatively quickly after checking in. Instead of sending me home with instructions for fluids and rest after neg flu and COVID tests, the Nurse Practitioner ordered X-rays and diagnosed me with pneumonia. She let me lay down on the table and provided me with a blanket while I waited. Another staff member asked if I lived with anyone (who could care for me while I was sick). I appreciated the concern the staff exhibited when I was feeling so terrible and kindness meant everything.

Had a tick bite and walked in to mercy urgent care. The wait was not long plus all of the staff were friendly and attentive.  I needed to pick up my medication before the pharmacy closed.  Christina was thorough and also made sure I could get to the pharmacy on time.  Overall,  a very good expedience.

They need to turn up the temperature. Since waiting time in the exam sometimes is extensive, it was cold in there. Either make it warmer or provide a blanket!!!
