Apparently your “appointment” isn’t really an appt. There is a sign in the waiting room that says it’s just for online registration purposes. Wish the website was transparent about this. Waited two hours with two fractures in my foot. (Of course they didn’t know that until they took me for X-rays). I will say the NP and staff were great once I got seen. The waiting room was freezing cold. No tv or magazines so it’s tempting to just leave without being seen.

I had fallen 2 days prior and needed evaluation for injuries due to pain. When I attempted to schedule an appointment: none were available,so I went in aa a walk-in. Check in was easy and I was able to do the paperwork on my mobile phone. All staff were very friendly and attentive. Wait time was about an hour to be tsken to exam room. The NP was excellent with explaining my injury and giving instructions for home care to prevent complications. My only comment would be that no one introduced themselves when starting care. I would definitely recommend this provider.

I like being able to schedule your appointment online yourself. Wait time was short and both doctor and assistant were very attentive and professional. I was in and out with antibiotics prescriptions called in within an hour of arrival.

I went to Mercy Urgent Care and it was very busy. I was told it could be a couple hours, which is fine. I didn't wait in the waiting room as long as I thought. Went back and was back there for a while. After I was seen I was told by the nurse practitioner that she would be right back. I was in there for 45 more minutes. When someone finally came in they weren't expecting me in there. The nurse practitioner came back in and had forgotten to discharge me.

I scheduled for an appt online for 2:30. I got to the urgent care & a sign on the desk said that online scheduling wasn’t for wait times so I waited an extra hour and 10mins before seeing someone. The practitioner wanted to immediately do flu & Covid tests before even checking me & then did a very short exam. She also forgot to send over one of the medications so I had to go back to the office and get the prescription and take it back to the pharmacy. It was a joke and I won’t be back unless every other medical facility is closed and im half dead.

Excellent. Scheduling was easy, I showed up and went back and began the assessment process very shortly after my appointment time. Staff was friendly and professional. The office and facility were clean and pleasant. I was in and out pretty quickly, the meds are doing to job. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.
