Check-in was easy, just had to update info for my file.  Staff was very kind, listened to my presentation. Quickly decided which tests. And bingo, determined I had Influenza A. They sent my Rx's to CVS. Went there, got Rx in record time.  Excellent working relationship between Mercy and CVS.  Highly recommend this Provider.

When I arrived for my appointment, there was only one PA on duty. As far as I’m concerned, you need more than one PA in a facility in Weaverville. She tried the best she possibly could under the circumstances. The wait for an examination and testing was extremely long not because of the PA capability but because no medical (doctor or additional PA showed up for work or was scheduled ). Please schedule more PA’s or doctors, since the old “Wolf Laual” a near by Snow Boarder, Tubing, and skiing facility has reopened generating the need for medical services.

Avoid the front desk lady at all costs. Toxic, rude personality. The medical staff was good though 👍

I was a walk in 1/2 hr prior to closing. Received excellent care by all. I was very impressed when Dr entered my room telling me  he accessed my previous medications I was on. I’m from Ohio just visiting. He suggested the local pharmacies for my scripts. I have been here once before 3 years ago and would return again if necessary. I Highly recommend the Mercy Health Urgrnt Care.

Provide was amazing. Very thorough and answered all my questions.

Had a fever, bad cough, congestion. Set up an appointment online. Had to wait about 30 minutes before called back. The PA was friendly and knowledgeable, ran tests and I had RSV. She sent in some prescriptions. Had to follow up with my doctor about 8 days later because I was still not feeling well .  Would recommend this provider if you can’t get in to see your primary doctor like on a weekend or if you can’t get in to see your primary doctor for several days or longer

Thought UTI but diagnosed with prostate infection. Gotten worse so heading back.

I realize Covid and the Arctic Blast is bringing more to the clinic. I admire staff. My care always excellent.

I was helped with my issue and treated very well. Very grateful to them.

I needed a refill on a couple of prescriptions because I’m away from home and haven’t seen my primary care provider in quite a while. The doctor was very nice and had the prescriptions sent over to the pharmacy in no time. I was a walk-in, and fortunately, there were not many waiting to be seen. Very good experience overall! I would definitely recommend.
