Complaint of severe back pain and constipation x 1 week. FNP poked at back, decided muscle spasm. Never listened to bowel sounds with no stethoscope in sight. No test of lower extremity reflexes despite hx of spina bifida with fusion. Very poor assessment skills. #1 recommendation as usual "tylenol,ice"

I learned a lesson at this facility. I will request to see a medical doctor from now on, instead of the nurse practitioners I always end up with at this place. My 14 year old son needed stitches in his hand, and he was very nervous. I promised him once the nurse practitioner was finished giving him the lidocaine injection that the stitches wouldn’t hurt. This was not the case. The NP did not wait at all for the lidocaine to take effect and my poor son felt everything. I am mad at myself that I didn’t speak up and tell her to stop. No child should have to bear that kind of pain. She should have made sure the area was properly anesthetized before continuing to suture. I’m very saddened that my child went through so much pain. Never again will I allow a nurse practitioner to see my children.

went in with I cut that needed to be sword it cost me 50 cash just to be seen then they looked at it and told me because it was on my face they did not want to do it they sent me to maine med where the guy that sword me up said it was a simple task and if you couldn't do it you should not be in the med field fast forword a week later I now have another bill frome them for another 261 dollars highway robbery 300 for them to just tell me I needed to go somewhere else will never go back

This is actually a place that provides healthcare?? I’m quite disturbed here. The Dr never washed his hands while in the room, during an eye examination he DID NOT wear gloves and never washed his hands after examining my eye and before leaving the room. The wait is pathetic. I know what is going on with my eye because the same thing has happened to me a couple years ago but because I’ve been holding a tissue below my eye, he says it’s an infection of the skin below my eye.

I went during pregnancy I couldn't stop throwing up and i got there sat down and after 10 min was seen. They were amazing and even tho I am young they took me seriously and gave me the care I needed.

Our care was not with compassion. The staff wasn’t understanding and came across as very judging. As an RN myself, I was disappointed with how they approached my child and me. I caught a couple of them at the desk rolling their eyes at me after I asked a question about the wait time. They chose not to try to understand that I was managing a highly anxious child in an anxiety provoking atmosphere. They were abrupt with my anxious child and had the patience of a fly. My children left begging me to never bring them back and I don’t blame them.
