My daughter was directed to your metro community college south campus testing site by an urgent care—she recently relocated into the area and she has not received her insurance card yet. She’s sick, she’s been exposed to COVID by several of her employees. She is also immunocompromised with multiple comorbidities. An overweight, blonde female (wearing a white winter hat with Pom Pom) mocked her, belittled her and made fun of her. Is this what your standards of professionalism is? I am a RN OCN. I really really hope this POS is a nurse. A disgrace to the profession if she is. Really comforting to know that someone so sh*tty is there to make people—who are sick and frightened—is the point of contact for your operation. Kudos.
