Came in with apparent Sinus infection. Dr prescribed antibiotics and over the counter medication. Felt better the following day, but I am now back to being just as ill as I was before the appointment. Dr spent all of 5 minutes with me, if that.

Had sore throat came in was strep throat got a shot and was in and out very quickly.  Staff was friendly. Dr was friendly. I did not feel better the next couple of days so I called back and they called me in a stronger antibiotic which has cleared up the strep throat and now I’m fine thank you.

They are very diligent, very prompt and the answered every question I had very professional and the doctors attitude was exceptional. He has a great bedside manner and he does a great job of establishing a rapport with his patience. I love this place thank you rapid urgent care.

I had a very disappointing experience at Rapid Urgent Care. The nurse I interacted with was extremely unfriendly, condescending, and rude, which made an already stressful visit even worse. The wait time was unacceptable. I waited over 3 hours just to receive a nasal swab and have my blood drawn. What concerned me most was feeling uneasy about whether the needle used to draw my blood was clean, which should never be a concern in a medical setting. Overall, the staff came across as very off-putting and unfriendly, and I did not feel comfortable or respected as a patient. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I was checked in and in the back within 5 minutes! The staff was very caring and sweet.

Wanted to make sure I wasn’t positive for flu, covid or anything else before being around people for New Years. The wait time was a little long but I expected it due to the vast majority of people being sick right now. Dr was great & once seen I was out of there with a shot & some meds. Great service from everyone!

This was my first visit, pulled around god forbid I ever get sick again, I will be back! The staff was amazing, and the doctor took good care of me, and I appreciate that very much!!! I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone!!
