Once again—kindness plus efficiency!!! In and out—excellent care!!

I followed up to a prior visit following my 10 days of meds. I was able to get in easily and timely. the staff at check in was amazing and SO PATIENT. she had to help each patient check in via our cell phones and she very calmly helped each person.

My daughter and I had a really bad cough along with congestion. From the time we walked in and walked out we were treated with care. Staff was amazing and attentive. So was my Dr. Dr. Brent was very friendly, attentive, and he listened to my concerns about myself and my daughter. The nurse was very friendly and also very helpful. Even the check in nurse was informative, friendly, patient. I thank everyone for treating us with care and concern. It took less than an hour for us to get test and treatment. This Rapid urgent Care location is absolutely my go to.

My visit yesterday was excellent. I didn’t have to wait long to see the Dr & they tested me for everything which I wanted to assure myself I was bringing anything contagious to my family or anyone else. The only thing that would have been better for me was if they could have sent my prescription to the pharmacy for me. That would have saved me time so I would not have to wait for it especially because I just wanted to get home to rest. Otherwise I had another great experience once again. Thank you & keep up the good work. I would highly recommend you to everyone I know.

My son hurt his wrist working on his car. This was fast and friendly. I thought that X-rays took hours to print but that was only 10 minutes and we was out with a diagnoses. So the total time there was on 45 minutes. Really remarkable stuff.

I did not schedule an appointment. I was a walk-in. Check-in was very easy. The person at the window was very friendly and very helpful. The rest of the staff was also very helpful. Very nice and I think my level of care was extremely good. I was very comfortable the whole time and very Much trust the doctor and what he did and the medication he prescribed.

The front desk person was wonderful as was the nurse/ma that took me back. I saw Dr. Butler for an issue with my toe. His demeanor was HORRIBLE! He made me feel like I was an idiot when I asked him questions. He rolled his eyes and was just all in all one of the WORST doctors I’ve ever come across. I got no paperwork and I got no results. He stated that I needed to call a podiatrist. Totally fine, but his bedside manner was awful! He needs to understand that a patient shouldn’t be treated as a nuisance. People go to doctors for help! Perhaps he forgot this one small detail. I’ll never again use this Rapid Urgent Care
