Came into the office looking for an x-ray. Was immediately told that the website promise of a $100 visit that included an x-ray was false. Was never seen by a medical professional, despite paying the $100 fee because they had no ability to actually help me for my specific issue. I am awaiting a refund due to lack of service rendered.

Fantastic service at reception, check in, and my visit with the PA.  I easily got a same day appointment, was checked-in in under a minute, and was seen within 5 minutes.  My visit was fast, yet comprehensive and the PA was extremely attentive.  I needed an X-ray that was completed immediately on site, and my prescriptions were called into the pharmacy right away. I highly recommend!!

Dr prescribed incorrect antibiotics to treat walking pneumonia. Amoxicillin was prescribed, and azithromycin is the correct prescription that should’ve been prescribed. Would not adjust over the phone and instead wanted us to go back in and pay yet again. Would not recommend, went to another urgent care and the doctor at the other place said that the person at Mi express urgent care  who saw us “doesn’t know what they are doing”.
