I came in with bad ear pain and an ear infection. I let the PA know that every time this happens to me my ear always gets clogged so I need a different type of medicine. I insisted on it over and over again. She still gave me the same medicine and here I am a day later in severe pain with a clogged ear because she wouldn’t listen to me. I want someone to address my concerns immediately and I don’t think I should have to pay a co-pay because of the Negligence. I’m about to go to the hospital where I have to pay an even bigger co pay because no one would respect me. Also, the medical assistant assistant was having trouble with my blood pressure and I asked him to please take it manually instead of with that machine and he never came back to read redo it and I actually have chronic hypertension so imagine if something was wrong with my blood pressure too. and it’s all your fault..

I felt like my care was not as it should have been. They never took my temperature ever. I told them I was running a fever for 4 days and a horrible cough. It took a long time. I had an appointment. Today I feel worse. I wish they would have checked for covid. In the end I just left.
