What patients are saying...

Do NOT use this facility as they have deceptive billing practices. My insurance does not have an urgent care copay so I specifically asked the lady behind the desk what the charge would be for the facility. She said $225. I asked are you sure because I was here two years ago and got sent additional bills. She said "we only bill $225, that's the charge". Well I received an additional $100 bill from the facility a month later in addition to a doctor's bill for over $230. Plus after seeing the "doctor", they wound up misdiagnosing my son. Said he had a mosquito bite. Took him to my pediatrician in NY two days later and my ped said nope he has an infection. So i paid over $500 for absolutely nothing. Never again as this place LIES through their teeth. I should have learned my lesson after I got burned by this place back in 2016. Best part is I appealed with financial services, and still got denied. Apparently there is no accountability with the people that work the front desk at this location!
