Thanks for the great care and service today! The gentleman at the front desk was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The nurse and doctor (Valencia) were both fabulous—-eased my concerns and handled my injury effectively-and follow-up instruct/care communicated thoroughly. Only area for improvement would be the cleanliness/organization of patient rooms/supplies. Thanks again❣️

The staff members were exceptionally supportive and attentive throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, their warm smiles and friendly demeanor created a comforting and welcoming atmosphere that significantly alleviated the discomfort I was feeling. Despite the slight pain I was experiencing, their genuine kindness and professionalism shone through in every interaction. They took the time to listen to my concerns, patiently explaining each step of the process and ensuring I felt informed and cared for. This level of care not only helped ease my physical discomfort but also made a lasting positive impact on my overall experience. I truly felt valued and respected during my time there.

I was unable to complete the required drug screen for my pre-employment because they did not have the staff member working who does that.

Staff deals with the public and stress of an ED   Yuck. They still stayed professional and friendly I personally can’t stand the thought of dealing with it  Appreciate the Nurses and doctors that helped me.  I was there for 8 hrs. Uncomfortable in a waiting room with pain. Then in a room waiting waiting waiting.  Sure that sounds like bullshit Well.   You handle it Thank you to the Doctor and nurses I dealt with!

Able to get appt in short time frame and seen right away

I was feeling poorly,  I called for an appointment , they saw me the same day , they assessed me and sent me home with prescription and what to do and not do ! Requested if their was a problem or had w questions to let them know. I was impressed at their performance.

I have nothing but great things to say about everyone here! Naty was so helpful with the check in process, and Britni was a complete gem. She made me laugh so much, I didn’t even feel the flu shot go in my arm. She was such a professional with the PFT. I will be back!

Everyone I interacted during my visit treated me respectfully, listened and answered my questions.

Staff was accommodating and really liked our Doctor

I came in as a walk-in for a large and painful bump on the right side of my face that gave me multiple issues (swelling from temple to chin, ear pain, a migraine, and pain from even the slightest touch). The intake man was nice and helpful, as were the nurse and MA. The doctor however was very short and almost dismissive with is assessment, as if my issue was simple and minor. He was in my room for quite literally 2 minutes, and gave me a script for 7 days. I've been in pain for 3 days (as I told him) and there wasn't even a mention of any release he could or would provide. It was a complete waste of time and I will not be back. The 2 star rating is purely for the intake man and the MA.
